THE TEAM

Lucy Spong

  • Lucy has over 12 years of experience in advertising and production, beginning their career at London audio post-production company Factory Studios, where they spent eight years producing high-profile work including the iconic John Lewis Christmas campaigns and Channel 4’s multi-award-winning Superhumans. After a period working within a production company, Lucy joined BAFTA and Academy Award-winning Wave Studios as Head of Business Development, partnering with agencies, brands, and creative teams on ambitious sound-led projects. In 2025, Lucy co-founded RUNAMOK as Executive Producer and Managing Director, focused on bespoke sound design, collaboration, and building a studio that champions bold creative ideas.

Jonny Platt

  • Jonny Platt is a highly respected sound designer with over 12 years of experience in audio post-production, having begun his career at Wave Studios where he quickly rose through the ranks to become a leading sound designer. Now at RUNAMOK, he creates award-winning sound design for UK and international campaigns, known for his meticulous attention to detail, creative instinct, and collaborative energy. His work has helped shape memorable advertising campaigns for major brands including On Running, Guinness, Nike, and Amazon Christmas.

HARRY BUTCHER

  • Harry Butcher’s audio career has skyrocketed since he first stepped into the industry 6 years ago. Starting at Wave Studios, he quickly made his mark, progressing to engineer and now leading projects that blend stunning sound design craft with a creative care of duty to all makers he works with.

    He’s without doubt, one of the most sought after fresh talent in the audio game right now. His rapid ascent has not gone unnoticed, Harry was recently named ‘Best New Sound Designer’ across the UK’s top awards boards, culminating in a Gold win at Kinsale 2024.

JON CLARKE

  • Jon Clarke is known for blurring the boundaries between music and sound design, earning international recognition across film, television, and advertising. A voting member of BAFTA, his work has received five Gold British Arrows, two Gold Ciclope Awards, six Music and Sound Awards, and further accolades from Kinsale, the Clios, LIAs, and Cannes Lions. Most recently, he won Gold for Sound Design and Original Composition for 4Creative’s Considering What? Paralympics campaign at the British Arrows and Creative Circle. In film, his sound design for Raging Grace was nominated for Best Sound Design in a Feature Film at the 2023 Music and Sound Awards, while his score for the same film won Best Original Composition; his debut feature score for Kissing Candice, directed by Aoife McArdle, premiered at TIFF and screened at Berlinale. In television, Jon completed sound design and mix for the Netflix comedy special A Whole Lifetime with Jamie Demetriou, which won the Rose d’Or for Comedy, and also collaborated with Jamie Demetriou as supervising sound on Stath Lets Flats season three.
